Spectura provides cloud-based construction management software with modular features including project management, financial tracking, QuickBooks integration, and related tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis with pricing based on selected modules.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Subscription fees are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The Services may integrate with third-party services like QuickBooks. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPECTURA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
